EXPERIENCE
I am a second generation broker. I grew up in the business, early morning listing appointments, evening showings and late night meetings; I get what it takes and have knowledge well beyond my licensed years.
I have successfully represented buyers and sellers in both residential, vacant land and commercial properties.
I work with first time home buyers, retirees, folks that live states away and clients who live in town and are looking for an investment property; a little of everything. I spend time educating my client's on the current market and trends, neighborhoods, and most importantly listening to their wants and needs so we can work together to capture their dream and find the perfect place.
I know how to win competitive situations, connect you with the right vendors through my professional and community ties, find solutions and work with my colleagues for an enjoyable and seamless transaction.
As a listing agent my educational background gives my client's a great advantage. Developing an effective listing plan, pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiations are all key elements in selling your property. Notably I've helped clients receive coverage in SeattlePI, Curbed Seattle, PDN, The Leader, KPTZ & more prior to paid advertising.
EDUCATION
I'm committed to being a lifelong learner. To learn, grow and develop through expanding my knowledge in areas of expertise such as real estate, learning new skills, like sewing, sharing new experiences and constantly improving both professionally and personally. Perhaps it's my competitive nature from a sports background, I love to hone my craft and skill sets while bringing out the best in myself and others.
I graduated with Bachelors degree in Public Relations from Central Washington University. I also obtained a business minor while playing softball for the majority of my time there (go Cats!). My freshman year I attended Simpson College in Iowa. I graduated from Chimacum Schools and continue to volunteer helping the high school softball team.
