"Whenever I am asked for a referral to a realtor, I recommend Robyn. Everyone who has taken my advice has come back to me with a gigantic ‘thank you’, and now they recommend Robyn too! She is honest, knowledgeable, professional and works 150% on your behalf. Real estate transactions are complicated, and stressful. Robyn stays calm throughout all the bumps and holds the deal together through closing. She is accessible and gets back to you with answers for all your questions. And, she has a great sense of humor, which really helps!"

"I wish that I could give our agent Robyn 10 stars! We purchased a home in Port Townsend in the middle of the Covid-19 shelter in place while we were still living in San Francisco. Robyn made that possible by going so far above and beyond the call of duty.
She arranged to have an inspector come with her, she did a really thorough walk through via Zoom. We had seen several other houses with her over the previous months and we felt she really knew us and understood what mattered to us.
We bought a house sight unseen but only because we had so much faith in Robyn. Buying this house was one of the best financial decisions we made. She's young but she's wise, she grew up in the real estate business and she knows her stuff."

"Outstanding! Robyn was so professional, efficient and personable in helping us find our house & she successfully got the price lowered significantly when the inspection determined that a sump pumped needed to be installed. She was in constant communication with us and graciously helped us negotiate all the e-signing documents, especially as the corona virus crisis worsened. And then, when we worried how the prices would go as people observed a lock-down she put our condo up for sale on Monday and sold it on Tuesday. Amazing… I had all sorts of anxieties about this process, but with Robyn in charge everything went so well. We are so grateful."
