I am a dreamer, believer, listener and a doer.
A longtime resident of Jefferson County, an active member of our community
and second generation real estate broker.
I am a second generation broker. I grew up in the business, early morning listing appointments, evening showings and late night meetings; I get what it takes and have knowledge well beyond my licensed years.
I have successfully represented buyers and sellers in both residential, vacant land and commercial properties.
I work with first time home buyers, retirees, folks that live states away and clients who live in town and are looking for an investment property; a little of everything. I spend time educating my client's on the current market and trends, neighborhoods, and most importantly listening to their wants and needs so we can work together to capture their dream and find the perfect place.
I know how to win competitive situations, connect you with the right vendors through my professional and community ties, find solutions and work with my colleagues for an enjoyable and seamless transaction.
As a listing agent my educational background gives my client's a great advantage. Developing an effective listing plan, pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiations are all key elements in selling your property. Notably I've helped clients receive coverage in SeattlePI, Curbed Seattle, PDN, The Leader, KPTZ & more prior to paid advertising.
I'm committed to being a lifelong learner. To learn, grow and develop through expanding my knowledge in areas of expertise such as real estate, learning new skills, like sewing, sharing new experiences and constantly improving both professionally and personally. Perhaps it's my competitive nature from a sports background, I love to hone my craft and skill sets while bringing out the best in myself and others.
I graduated with Bachelors degree in Public Relations from Central Washington University. I also obtained a business minor while playing softball for the majority of my time there (go Cats!). My freshman year I attended Simpson College in Iowa. I graduated from Chimacum Schools and continue to volunteer helping the high school softball team.
I know that selling your home or finding the right home to purchase is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime so let me know if you have any additional questions or would like to sit down and get to know me further.
"Robyn is nothing short of amazing. Resourceful and experienced, she brought professionalism and knowledge to both our search for a home and our ultimate decision to purchase a small piece of land and build. Buying a piece of land, even though we have bought many homes in our lives, was an entirely new adventure for us. Robyn deftly guided us through the process, helping us navigate every step of the way – and continued to stay in touch to see how things are going after closing. She consistently goes over and above, participating in our Customer Assistance Meeting with the City of PT, patiently explaining timelines and phases, providing lists of local architects, engineers and contractors, and helping us make contact with neighboring land owners when we needed to. We would work with her again in a heartbeat!"

"Superb! Robyn was phenomenal at advising and keeping us informed! She has our listing when we get ready to sell!"
"Our experience working with Robyn was fantastic. We received terrific attention, accurate representation, great digital responses as well as real phone calls, and her knowledge of the area was thorough. We had tried two other relators on the peninsula finding them to drop us when busy and frankly made us feel less than important. This was never the case with Robyn or Jan. We recommend the Garing team to help you find home."

"As an out of state Robyn hoped the process immensely."
Robyn was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she understood our needs from the very first meeting and developed a plan to help control the process. She even helped us find some help to move furniture so the place would look more like a home and less like a hospital room.
She recommended a strategy that would shorten the length of time we needed to show the house and allow the market to determine the final price.....
The strategies she devised worked beyond our wildest dreams. The house was ready to show and with the limited time we had set to review offers, we only needed to leave the house a few times to allow showings. With Robyn’s advice, we had set a conservative asking price. That generated a lot of interest and by the end of the period during which we were accepting offers, we had six or seven offers in hand.
Robyn even helped after the sale and the move, chasing down a package that had been delivered and forwarding it. We would recommend Robyn without hesitation to anyone in search of an ethical, responsive and effective real estate agent.

"Robyn Garing went above and beyond in the sale of our condo. She was curious, efficient and very knowledgeable. We appreciate her professionalism."

Spending time with my family & enjoying the little moments because they're the big ones.
Spending time outdoors is so important to me. Running, a walk down to the State Park, exploring our beaches, hiking & biking are a few things I enjoy.
Dreaming up fun activities for my son, Cohen, sharing "bright spots" on social media, decorating and redesigning my home are all creative outlets that bring me joy.
